I wanted to share with you Caledonia's plan for upcoming parent teacher.  Parents/ guardians will have the option to attend either an in person or virtual meeting with teachers. 

Wednesday, April 6th from 6-8 pm will be in person meetings.  While Thursday, April 7th 1-3pm will be virtual meetings phone call and not in person.  Like the fall, parents can use Optis to sign up for meeting times.  All meetings, whether in person or virtual must be booked through the Optis.  Meetings will be 5 mins in length. Signing up for Parent Teacher using OPTIS, Here is the direct link to the Optis system for parent-teacher interviews.

Contact Ms West if you are having trouble signing up for Parent Teacher. She will be unable to sign up appointments after April 5. 

Parent Teacher OPTIS will be open to book a time slot appointment from  March 31, 2022 from 9 am to April 5,2022 2 pm. 

Report Cards

Report Cards will go home electronically as they have before by the end of the day on April 5, 2022. 

Professional Development Day/ Parent Teacher

On April 7 There will be no school for students as staff will be attending professional development in the morning and then doing Parent Teacher in the afternoon.
