Parent Teacher Interviews
Good afternoon families,
This year, parent-teacher interviews will be completed in person. Parent teacher will be held on December 1, 2022 from 1-3pm and 6-8 pm. Parents/Guardians will be able to register for an appointment time using OPTIS webpage for our school . On November 14, 2022 at 4 pm the site will be live to register. This site will remain open until November 29, 2022 at 3 pm. Grade 8 and 9 families may already be familiar with the OPTIS and may already have accounts from the years previous. The link for the Caledonia OPTIS is provided below.
Families new to Caledonia can create an account ( on the main page for our OPTIS profile), and any families that have created an account previously but cannot log in can reset their password on the main page of our OPTIS profile. For any problems creating account or resetting an account, please contact Ms. Tracey West ( School Admin Assistant) by phone 902-435-8413 ( press 0) or by email; twest@hrce.ca. Parent Teacher appointments will be five minutes but are booked in a seven-minute window to facilitate transitions and connection time.
